Costs (Both Legal Aid and Private)

Legal aid Is available for some family matters and is subject to a means and merits test. If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, we are likely to offer you an initial fixed fee consultation. During this first meeting, we will ask you for background information, explain your options and advise you about the different ways to deal with your queries. We will also be able to set out more detailed costs and time information before confirming our advice. The cost of this meeting is £250.00 plus VAT and we can meet with you face to face or virtually if you prefer.
